Case Rotators

When production and order fulfillment lines require proper case orientation, case rotators are an excellent choice. As cases enter the rotator conveyor section, dual sets of powered rollers subtly orient cases to the correct direction.

Caster Support

Casters are easily bolted to conveyor floor supports for portable conveyor applications. Steel or rubber wheels available in either rigid or swivel type. Standard wheel sizes are 4" and 6", with options like wheel locks available.

Traffic Cop Conveyor

Control merging lines of conveyor to keep objects from colliding as they merge. The traffic cop conveyor does that by patrolling each lane feeding the merge conveyor. As product moves forward, swinging gates open or close based on traffic already merging.
