Get QuoteThe Hytrol SBC slider bed belted curve provides continuous product flow through turns in a conveyor system. It can transport a wide variety of products and is especially suited for loads that can't be conveyed on rollers, such as small parts or bags. It also maintains product orientation and placement, which can aid scanning and other automated processes.
- Efficient: Endless splice belt, laser cut components, and precise bearing guides ensure consistent operation
- Low maintenance: Spring-loaded guides allow quick belt changes; bearings are sealed and self-aligning
- Versatile: The conveyor has a capacity of up to 40 pounds per foot, and its variable frequency drive provides belt speeds from 24 to 235 feet per minute

The SBC is available in left and right curves at 45 degrees , 60 degrees , and 90 degrees angles, as well as nine different belt widths from 20" to 36". Note that motor placement is on the outside discharge end for all configurations.
Standard features include:
- Guardrail (2" high) along the outside radius of the conveying surface
- Adjustable height leg supports for 29" to 35" top-of-belt elevation
- Full-length plexiglass visibility window for monitoring operation
