What is Dynamic High Density Storage?
Traditionally, order picking shelves are laid out in long rows and workers must walk up and down each row to pull orders. Static storage like this limit pick faces to only two dimensions; height and length. If you wanted to expand your operation for more SKU's, you would have to build higher shelving or make longer rows. However; with dynamic high-density storage like SpeedCell, you can now use depth as an extra dimension to create more pick locations. You can now convert up to 200 feet of rack or shelving storage into 20 feet of easily accessible dynamic storage.

Optimize space and reduce worker fatigue
By being able to move the individual columns from side to side, you can now store a variety of items deeper in the rack space being used, while still being able to access it without having to unload the items in front of what you're needing. Store full pallet loads on higher rack levels while using the lowest level for pick and pull operations.
Reduce walking, get more organized, keep like items together, save time and distance. Dynamic high density storage works for just about any operation where you need to access lots of skus in a small space. Completely customizable to exactly fit the items you need to store. Durable poly cells are tear-proof and sturdy.

How it works

The suspension track can be installed into most styles of pallet rack

Compartment columns ride along the tracks using nylon wheels

Columns hang from the track system and can be installed up to three rows deep
Cell / Compartment Styles
Compartments are available in several styles. Choose the front/back combination best suited to the items you need to store.

Front: Open compartment fronts provide unobstructed picking access. Lipped fronts keep small parts and products that tend to slip from falling out.

V-strap back

Double v-strap back

Solid back
Back: Strap backs prevent large items from being pushed off the back of the shelf while permitting increased ventilation. Solid cell backs are ideal for retaining loose items.
