These conveyors can bend around corners and obstacles, stretch out to move loads over greater distances, and retract for more compact storage. Powered rollers ensure product flow along the length of the conveyor without the need for human intervention. Great for truck loading and unloading, packaging, and portable assembly lines.

Conveyance styles
Flexible powered conveyors are available as transportation or accumulation models.
Transportation conveyors: If the conveyor is on, all rollers are active and move loads continuously down the line.
Accumulation conveyors: The conveyor contains zones of rollers, as well as sensors that detect product. It only moves loads downstream as far as the last empty zone, so products accumulate in a row at the discharge end.
Use as a standalone conveyor unit or integrate with other conveyor systems
Maybe your conveying needs begin and end with getting cartons into or out of a docked trailer. Powered roller extending conveyors work great for that.
But they can also integrate into more complex systems. For instance, they can bridge the gap from the trailer or the warehouse to other automated equipment and processes.
