Get Quote- Case erectors build well-squared cardboard boxes faster and more consistently than workers can do manually. Squared boxes are easier to seal, load, ship, and store than crooked, poorly constructed boxes.
- The semi-automatic erector aligns and folds bottom flaps then holds the the carton in place for packing if needed. The operator must load unassembled boxes individually. Works great as an add-on for carton sealers.
- The fully automatic erector-sealer takes just 3 seconds to form a flattened carton into a container with folded and sealed bottom flaps. Fill the loading tray with stacks of flat boxes while the machine is running for zero downtime between cycles.
 Semi-Automatic Case ErectorThe Eagle T10CF is an easy-to-operate carton erector that works great as an add-on unit to carton sealers from Berran Industrial Group, such as the T500 (see Accessories). The operator positions the unassembled carton and the machine folds the bottom flaps. The machine then holds the carton in place until the operator activates the traverse mechanism; this pause allows for the carton to be filled before being sent through the carton sealer.
