This 3'W x 8'H heavy duty Rapid Wire panel is composed of two 3'W x 4'H stacking panel modules and comes with one 2"W x 8' 5-1/4"H post. Each panel module is constructed with 10 gauge wires that are welded at each intersection to provide patterns of 2" x 2" square mesh. It is then welded on all four sides to 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" x 13 ga. roll formed angle. By simply piecing together the posts, panels, and doors of your desired height and width you can easily construct a secure partition wall or cage.

Panel: Wire mesh panel is actually two 4' high panel modules that stack to reach the full 8' height. The 2" x 2" welded wire mesh keeps out thieving hands.

Post: The 2" square x 8' 5-1/4" high post is constructed of 14-gauge steel with welded base plates and pilot holes. It has a standard hole layout that allows for a 3-1/4" sweep space and also projects 2" above the top of the attached panel.
Footplates: Standard footplates are 2" x 7". They extend outside the post by 2-1/2" per post position depending on footplate orientation. If you are in a seismic zone, or your floor is not smooth or even, a larger footplate may be required.
Finish: Gray powder coat. Other colors are available for an additional fee but may extend lead time; contact us for more information.
Partitions are designed to be anchored into a concrete floor. If your floor is uneven, or a surface that cannot hold anchors, contact us. Partitions can be installed on most any floor that can bear their weight, but there may be considerations with various floor surfaces.
