Constructed with a rubber honeycomb sub-frame and urethane foam insulation, this full thickness door absorbs impact from light forklift, pallet truck, rack, push cart and heavy foot traffic. Extremely durable with a clean, attractive look, it features full gasketing and rugged ABS facings available in 10 colors. Virtually maintenance free, this door is great for food processing and meat packing facilities when ordered with single pane window for wash-down capabilities. Standard window is polycarbonate thermal dual pane. Custom door sizes available upon request.

Constructed of materials that meet USDA guidelines, the door panel has a honeycomb framework with flexible urethane foam insulation that allows the door to absorb impact rather than resist it.
The durable V-cam hinge, made of corrosion resistant meehanite, has a rugged sealed roller bearing that never needs lubrication. Hinge provides a 180° swing arc.
