E24 conveyors utilize a series of brushless, gearless, low RPM 24-volt motors along each conveyor section to drive the rollers. This eliminates the necessity for drive chains, belts, and line shafts making the conveyor line much more quiet and a lot safer for technicians working with the motors. Because each motor is a self-contained module, adding more sections or drives to the line is as easy as plug-and-play. These 10ft. sections are segmented into five 24" zones using EZLogic controllers to control accumulation. Each zone also has its own motor, allowing the operator to set different speeds in each zone if desired.

EZLogic Accumulation System
Electronic Zero-Pressure Logic accumulation system combines the sensing accuracy of photo-electronics with discrete electronic logic control without the use of a PLC.
Zone stop function is built-in controller and any zone may be transformed into a workstation by connecting a dry contact switching device to the auxiliary port of the zone controller. This feature is always used at the discharge end of the conveyor line, and may be used at any other location where a zone stop is required.
Selectable Modes of Operation
Singulation Mode - Product separates while traveling down the conveyor and when it is released from the conveyor creating a zone-length gap between products.
Enhanced Slug Mode w/ Jam Protection - Product does not separate when traveling down the conveyor or when it is released from the conveyor. This allows higher product throughput at any given conveyor speed. Product will not separate on the conveyor even when accumulation has been activated at the discharge end.
Cascading Slug Release - Rather than releasing all zones simultaneously, this function introduces a momentary delay in the release of each zone, from the discharge upstream
Dynamic Zone Allocation - Automatically adjusts the conveyor's zone length to accommodate the length of the product being conveyed. Improves conveyor efficiency and system flexibility.
Better for the environment
In the case of E24, we're talking about energy savings as high as 60%. But then we get into raw materials savings: An E24 conveyor lasts about 6 times as long as a conventional roller at 125,000 hours life expectancy (24/7 runtime). That's less steel and power used to manufacture it.
E24EZ conveyors have a built-in controller that allows the conveyors to enter an energy-saving "sleep mode" for the ultimate in quiet, efficient, sustainable powered roller conveyor. Because the conveyor can use one motor for all widths, it's excellent for reducing needs for specialized, energy-consuming motors. With 3 moving parts, there are many fewer opportunities for parts failure, and the inefficiency that comes with it.
