These rubber tine covers are an easy, cost-effective way to improve forklift load handling for reduced product damage, fewer potential worker injuries, and less time spent on cleanup and rework. The treaded anti-slip surface has up to six times the gripping power of bare metal tines, which helps keep loads from sliding off and endangering workers when the forklift makes a quick turn or sudden stop. The covers also blunt the ends of the tines so they don't scrape or gouge goods and packaging. Installation only takes seconds; the "toe" slips over the front of the fork, and the "heel" hooks behind the back. Tine covers are non-marking, oil resistant, and capable of withstanding temperatures from -40° to 230°F. Pair with fork back bumpers for superior product protection.

How to Install:

Selecting a Size:

Be sure to measure the fork tines for correct sizing of rubber covers. Length and width will determine which part number to order. Note that the internal height measurement of the covers' toe section is 0.6", which can accommodate most forklift tines.

If standard tine covers are incompatible with your forklift, we may be able to provide a custom solution. Contact us for assistance.

Hook Clearance and Tine Thickness:

For proper fitting of the anti-slip cover, the maximum tine thickness — including the horizontal portion of the tine, the vertical portion at the back, and the curved area where they meet - should not exceed the cover's hook clearance. This model has a hook clearance of 2.83".

Fitting the Heel Hooks:

Check that there is room for the rubber cover's heel hooks behind the tine. They may fit either below or to the sides of the carriage hook, depending on the design of the tines.
