Laminated Rubber Dock Bumper - 12"H x 36"L x 4-1/2"D

• Resilient rubber bumper material cut from recycled truck tires in the appropriate sizes. Pads are punched to receive 3/4" supporting rods.
• Standard finish is a black powder coated paint. An optional hot dipped galvanized finish for end plates is available at additional cost. If galvanized rod and bolts are also needed, please contact us for quote.
• Anchor to existing concrete docks with 3/4" x 4 1/4" sleeve anchors. (Not included)
• Imbed 3/4" x 9" "J" Bolts in new concrete construction.
• Bumpers are closed with two 3"x3"x1/4" structural angles under approximately 1,500 lbs. of pressure. The angles are welded to 3/4" rods at one end, and closed with the rod being threaded at the opposite end, using a nut to hold the rod and angle in place. End angles have three 13/16" anchor bolt holes. Anchors not included.

Bumpers may be ordered with angles or flat plates at each end. You will need to specify the end plates when placing an order. When using flat plates, they are welded to the dock.
