How Wireless Pick-to-Light Works
Relatively easy to implement, wireless pick-to-light involves a simple system of hardware and software

Display devices: Wirelessly affixed to your storage system, displays are the point of use for order pickers.
Turbo, or router: These mount on the ceiling, a wall or on a rack system and serve as the connecting point between the devices and the cloud.
The cloud: Either a simple URL or a REST API allows the hardware to interact with a server to find the correct information to display.
ERP or WMS software: The system can integrate easily with your ERP or WMS, providing accurate data and tracking.

These versatile displays attach to your storage system and display the information you specify, accessed via the turbo. They can also play sounds specific to each picker to guide them to pick locations quickly and easily. They run on standard AAA batteries, with very low energy use, so the batteries should last a long time.

Turbo
Turbos connect the display devices to the internet to pull up the correct information. (Although a non-internet-based solution is available, using an on-premise server and local ethernet or WiFi.) You may need additional Turbos to decrease response times in large facilities.
