Gandall joined Cisco-Eagle in 1992 as a territory manager following his graduation from the University of Tulsa. He worked in various roles in sales and management before becoming president in 2013. Gandall is a former member of the MHEDA (Material Handling Equipment Distributors of America) Board of Directors and serves in advisory roles to key manufacturers in the industry.

Gauger joined Cisco-Eagle in 1996 in the company's systems integration group, which designs and implements material handling systems. He became vice president in 2021, after serving as director of Texas systems integration and was promoted to President in January 2023. Bryan has designed, integrated and managed scores of large-scale material handling and automation projects.

Murphy joined Cisco-Eagle in 1998 as a territory manager, working across Arkansas and Oklahoma. He later joined Colson Casters in sales leadership before returning to Cisco-Eagle in 2013 in a sales director role. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 2020 and then Chief Revenue Officer in 2022. Murphy is a member of Hytrol Conveyors' integration partner council and a longtime advocate of employee ownership.

Nichole Wheeler became Cisco-Eagle CFO in 2023. Her experience includes management of financial systems, tax, audit, treasury, and board/investor relations. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a certified management accountant. She holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Scott Stone joined Cisco-Eagle in 1990 after graduating from Oklahoma State University. He became Director of Marketing in 2017 and was promoted to vice president of marketing in 2020. Stone is a member of MHEDA's digital marketing and senior marketing groups. He was the Cisco-Eagle Employee-Owner of the Year in 2011.
