"A VLM and a vertical carousel are similar in a lot of ways. They're both enclosed storage units that workers access electronically. But a carousel uses a rotating track, so all the trays move to deliver the right one to the storage window, and in a VLM, an extractor delivers only one tray at a time. They both provide great storage density and all the benefits of goods-to-person storage. But a carousel is a better fit for ceilings about 30 feet high, and since a VLM can be expanded upward, it's a better choice if you're planning for future growth."

VLM specification: We can look at your SKU velocity and product sizes to ensure you get the right size trays and openings. We can also integrate the VLM with a WMS and other equipment like conveyors and pick modules.
Installation: We have an in-house, factory-trained installation team to make sure the job is done right.
