How a pack-to-light system works
In pack-to-light applications, a case of product arrives to the break pack area. An operator scans the case and lights illuminate to direct packers to quickly sort products to the correct store carton and in the right unit quantities. Packers "put" products to the store carton and extinguish the light module to confirm the activity was completed.
The light modules are cable-free, allowing you to scale up easily, which gives you the flexibility needed to quickly accommodate store location changes and growth in a wide variety of rack and conveyor configurations.
