Low Level Palletizers
Pallets remain at floor level throughout the process of loading

Low level also means that the cases may enter the machine at any elevation that is suitable to your application, including the floor level. The palletizer can contain an elevator plate (stripper plate). Cases enter the system; a layer pattern is formed and advanced to the stripper plate.
The palletizer then raises or lowers each layer as it is transferred to the pallet. Pallet loads are built one layer at a time. High speed applications can incorporate a layer-forming table between the row forming area and the palletizer. This allows layers to be formed at the same time the palletizer is transferring pre-formed layers to a pallet.
