Bending, stretching live roller conveyors are versatile and ergonomic

ConveyX Solutions' 24-volt flexing conveyors provide quiet, energy-efficient product movement wherever you have an appropriate power supply available— at the loading dock, on the factory floor, or in your pick and pack line. They integrate easily with other conveyors and can move up to 50 pounds per linear foot.

Transportation conveyors from ConveyX feature a fully reversible, variable speed drive, moving loads continuously at the set speed (60 to 150 feet per minute). Zero pressure accumulation conveyors can transport in both directions but accumulate in a single fixed direction. In accumulation mode, each zone of rollers only activates when product is detected and the next downstream zone is empty.

This video shows a ConveyX Solutions powered roller conveyor in action. Handles at both ends and multiple sets of casters help with maneuvering the conveyor and expanding it to the desired length; side handles let operators bend the conveyor as needed while keeping hands out of pinch points. Each conveyor has stop/start buttons at each end for enhanced usability.

Standard specifications include:

• 1.4" rollers on 3" centers
• 5" swivel casters; brakes on every other leg set
• Adjustable leg height of 26" to 34"
