With a load capacity of 1 ton, this electric hoist with geared trolley that moves a load along the beam length with minimal labor features a hand chain geared drive, perpendicular positioning in relation to the beam, and has a quick change suspension pin system. The cool running motor has a special fan, fan blade and cover design that provides high air flow for reliable service life. It also features heavy duty contactors with mechanical interlocks. Trolley shaft fits beam flange widths 2.28" - 5.00" and features all steel wheels, with sealed ball bearings, that run on both flat and tapered beam flanges. The load hook resists lateral forces through the use of a notched hook and latch system. Not duty cycle rated.

Pairing an Electric Hoist with a Trolley
Electric hoists literally take all the work out of lifting heavy loads.
The hoist itself provides all the power needed to lift the load up high
enough to be moved, worked on or transferred to another area of the
facility.
But without a trolley, you won't be moving your load very far. Trolleys come in many sizes and types but the three primary kinds of trolleys are push, geared and electric.
Geared trolleys reduce the amount of manual labor required to move a load along a support member by the process of mechanical advantage through reduction gears and a pull chain that turns the gears driving the trolley wheels. So, instead of pushing a load, you now pull a revolving chain to create motion and save yourself even more work.
- Unique load sheave system with more pockets to minimize chain vibration and chain wear; 5 pockets std.
- Comes with low-profile upper and lower limit switches to prevent overdriving the lift chain
