Heavy sheet metal stock is less cumbersome when stored on roll-out shelving. With a capacity of 5,500 lbs. per shelf, this sheet metal rack saves floor space, makes material handling easier and helps prevent worker injury by reducing manual handling. Measuring 84"H x 105"D x 111"W, this rack has 4 shelves with a shelf clearance of 15-9/32". Each shelf accepts sheet stock up to 48" x 96". Custom configuration requests welcome. Some assembly required.

Description

Heavy duty welded steel construction offers durability and reliable service over time. A perfect match for material handling using vacuum lifters, hoists, sheet lifts, magnets and forklifts. Preserve aisle space by organizing sheet stock vertically rather than taking up floor space. Shelves smoothly glide in and out on roller bearings. Ergonomic design helps prevent worker injury by eliminating manual handling. Shelves require only 30 lbs. of force to open and close.

Rack ships with sides, shelves and top knocked down to reduce freight cost. Some assembly will be required.

We can customize this item to suit your needs. One available option is a combination unit with one of our Sheet Metal Stackers with Fork Pockets - see the photo at right and video below for an example.
