Ceiling mounted anchor systems provide tie off points for two workers at height to help prevent fall related injuries. The system allows for 23' of linear movement along the track and up to 30 degrees of horizontal motion outside of the track line by two workers. The single trussed track saves floor space and provides access to tight bays by mounting directly to existing support structures and has an enclosed track rail to help prevent the build-up of contaminants that would interfere with trolley travel. With only one track rail, workers cannot pass each other while using this system. When a fall does occur the self retracting lanyard arrests the fall within 54" and hardened alloy steel cones within the anchor trolley engage the track to act as a brake to eliminate post-fall drift and improve the chance of self-rescue.
This product meets or exceeds OSHA requirements 1910 and 1926 as well as ANSI Z359 regulations when used properly.

Self Retracting Lanyards (required)

Self Retracting Lanyards are durable, yet lightweight to connect worker-worn harnesses to a fixed tie off point to help prevent injury in case of a fall while working at height. The galvanized tie-off cable unwinds and retracts as the worker moves, but if the worker falls the abrupt pull on the lanyard engages the slip-braking and will arrest the fall.

Fall Protection Harness (optional)

Full-body fall protection harnesses with a maximum capacity of 310 pounds help to keep workers safe in the event of a fall from height. Quick connect buckles allow for the straps of the harness to be fastened and adjusted easily for the best possible fit for the chest and legs, while the waistband strap utilizes a grommeted strap for a more secure fit. A single D-ring on the back of the harness attaches to a fall protection lanyard to arrest the fall.
