This system projects a highly visible LED message onto a floor or wall. Because it's activated only by oncoming forklift traffic (not by exiting forklifts), it's more effective than static signage that employees grow accustomed to and stop noticing over time. Two sensors are included; additional sensors are available in the Accessories tab below. The best mounting position for sensors is within 50' of the projector.
The energy-efficient LED offers 50,000 hours of use and runs on 24VDC and 120VAC. The 60-watt projector is best suited to a 12'-15' mounting height. We can provide other options to fit your facility's dimensions and ambient light, as well as custom messaging. Just contact us to get started on a custom solution.

High-tech motion sensors make all the difference
Advanced microwave sensors provide exceptional functionality, from installation and programming to active detection, for more effective safety warnings.
Sensor installation and adjustment are straightforward, allowing quick set-up. Typically, the projector system is configured to detect only forklifts, scooters, golf carts, and other industrial vehicles moving toward the sensors but not pedestrians or traffic moving away from the sensors. This keeps the caution message from triggering when there is no danger of collision. However, the sensors may also be programmed to detect pedestrians and/or departing traffic if desired.
Some other advantages to the microwave sensors used in ALERT Safety warning systems include the following:
- They do not affect pacemakers or defibrillators, so they are safe to use around humans.
- Microwave sensors have a superior range for accurate motion detection over long distances— up to 60 feet— that can be adjusted via remote control.
- Sensors are waterproof, rated NEMA 4 IP65 for use outdoors and in washdown areas in food and pharmaceutical facilities.
