This portable, live roller conveyor is useful for a variety of applications in warehouses and distribution centers, such as truck loading and unloading, assembly lines, pick lines, and packaging. It controls load transport with photo eye sensors and zones of powered rollers. Each zone activates only when a package is detected and the downstream zone is empty, allowing a line of packages to accumulate at the end of the conveyor for sortation or loading. Adjustable speed controls and reversible drive add to this conveyor's incredible versatility; reverse mode is non-accumulating but includes photo eye package stop. The 24V system is low maintenance with few moving parts and requires no air supply, so operation is quiet. Casters, end handles, and side handles make it easy to move where it's needed, and its extendability and flexibility help it fit in the available space.
