Stretch wrapper preventive maintenance

| Check control panel | Test control panel functions, buttons and displays to ensure proper operation and programming. |
| Inspect turntable | Check the turntable for wear, misalignment or damage that may affect the wrapping process. |
| Review electrical connections | Inspect wiring, connections and electrical components for signs of wear, damage, or loose connections. |
| Monitor film consumption | Keep track of film usage and replace rolls as needed to avoid running out during packaging operations. |
| Test pre-stretch ratio | Verify that the pre-stretch ratio is set correctly to maximize film usage and secure pallet loads efficiently. |
| Inspect heat seal bar (if applicable) | Check the heat seal bar for proper alignment and functioning if the pallet wrapper has a heat sealing feature. |
