Low-profile carton flow track nests between front and rear pallet rack beams, providing full use of vertical space and silky-smooth carton flow. You can add it to almost any pallet rack made today. Rollers at the bottom of the track are lower than the top of the front beam, which acts as a carton stop. The load is always at pick face with no hang-ups or dead space. Drop-in design makes it easy to reconfigure. Installs with hangers on the front and rear beams to support each track. Built tough with galvanized steel side channels and 3/4" full-width aluminum rollers. Features a 7-year warranty.

Between Beam Measurement: the critical dimension
This is the most critical dimension involved in specifying Low Profile Span Track to fit into pallet rack. To determine the track length you need, measure between the beams from the innermost of each beam. The Between Beam Dimension represents the level, horizontal distance between the front and rear beams. Measure the level distance between the innermost part of each beam. If more than one length will fit, you should select the length that provides the most range for your application. You will need to set the discharge elevation later, based on the weight of your cartons. Unsupported spans of up to 10' are possible, depending on product weights. See the list below for a guideline. Hanger Information
Each carton track must be ordered with two hangers: one front, one rear. Hangers to fit any rack beam are available. The front hanger acts as a front-end carton stop, and the rear hanger absorbs shock of impact loading. Both hangers have built-in label holders.
