With a load capacity of 1/4 ton, this electric hoist with electric trolley, that has powered drive motors to effortlessly move the load along the beam length, features perpendicular positioning in relation to the beam, and has a quick change suspension pin system. The cool running motor has a special fan, fan blade and cover design that provides high air flow for reliable service life. It also features heavy duty contactors with mechanical interlocks. Trolley shaft fits beam flange widths 2.28"-5.00" and features all steel wheels, with shielded ball bearings, that run on both flat and tapered beam flanges. The load hook resists lateral forces through the use of a notched hook and latch system. Bumpers come standard.

Pairing an Electric Hoist with a Trolley
Electric hoists literally take all the work out of lifting heavy loads.
The hoist itself provides all the power needed to lift the load up high
enough to be moved, worked on or transferred to another area of the
facility.
But without a trolley, you won't be moving your load very far. Trolleys come in many sizes and types but the three primary kinds of trolleys are push, geared and electric.
Electric trolleys have powered drive motors in them that roll the load along the support beam. A push-button controller is used to operate the trolley and to stop motion as desired. Electric trolleys combined with electric hoists remove the need for manual labor to move a heavy load from one place to another. No more aching backs, just happier, more productive workers adding value to your bottom line.

- Comes with low-profile upper and lower limit switches to prevent overdriving the lift chain

- Carbon friction clutch is standard and works in conjunction with a current driven electromagnetic brake, that holds load in place until motor is energized, for added safety and assurance load will not slip
