A powerful way to contain allergen transfer across processing lines, this clean curtain stands up to sanitation processes with overlapping sides to prevent wash down break-through. Made of slick, highly polished clear vinyl that sheds water, solutions and soiling. Vertical seams are heat sealed to prevent contaminant build-up at the seams and stainless steel tracks offer strong support for opening or collapsing the curtain as needed. Meets USDA food applications under Title 21 part 174-182 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Measures 5'W x 10'H.

Track options

Two stainless steel curtain tracks are available: standard and premium. The standard track is pre-welded in sections and uses fixed mounting points. The premium track uses a flange with slots that allow it to be mounted at any point, which allows you to work better with the support structures you have. Premium track also uses integrated bracing for higher rigidity.

This 40 mil USDA PVC is authorized for indirect food contact without restriction (ref. FDA 21 CFR). It may be safely used for contact with food; however, it may not be used as a food additive, which would be termed "direct." All components used in the manufacture of material are sanctioned by the U.S. FDA for food applications under Title 21 part 174-182 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
