We're a full-service pallet rack provider. Our team designs, lays out, installs and project manages a full scope of static and dynamic pallet rack systems, including selective, structural, drive-in, pushback, pallet flow, double-deep, and pallet shuttle systems. You can count on us for all aspects of a pallet rack project from specification to implementation. That means end-to-end support to be sure you specify the right racking for your loads and your process.
We're experienced with specialized applications like die racking, very heavy or odd shaped loads, over-door storage and more. We design and implement rack-supported mezzanines and pick modules. Our team works with all types of loads and situations, including seismic implementations and more.
Cisco-Eagle installs pallet rack systems throughout Texas and nationwide, with many implementation team members based in Dallas for faster service in DFW and across Texas. Because our Dallas office is our headquarters, local customers have quick access to our specialists.
Yes. We can source most components from nearly any domestic manufacturer. Some older or foreign-made parts may be unavailable and could require compatible substitutes. Sometimes various manufacturers' components are interchangeable, but this should be done with caution and a full evaluation of any issues due to incompatibility. We verify dimensions, connection styles, and load ratings to match or adapt components so they fit and perform correctly with your existing racks.
It ranges from the same day to weeks, depending on the need. For engineered dynamic systems (drive-in, pushback, pallet flow), timelines vary and depend on application and scope. Many selective rack models can ship as quickly as one day, depending on quantity, sizes, stock, and any permitting needs. If you're local and need racks from our inventory, you can often get it same-day or the next day.
We work with most major rack manufacturers and can provide their entire lines for new or replacement purposes. Our primary vendor is Steel King, but we frequently provide Interlake/Mecalux, Frazier, Unarco, Wireway/Husky, Mallard and most other pallet rack brands. We are a longtime Steel King dealer (it's our inventory rack), but we provide the best product for the job no matter who manufactures the rack. We work towards the solution, not to sell a particular type of equipment.
We do not sell used rack systems due to potential hidden costs and safety risks.
We offer options such as upright guards, end-of-aisle protectors, row spacers, flue keepers, and rack netting to reduce impact damage and help maintain clearances.
Absolutely. We provide-hands-on, in-person service. Our team provides on-site consultations, walk-throughs, and design services throughout the DFW metro area, all of Texas and nationwide. We'll help you measure, specify and design the best option for your operation based on your needs and situation. This is a critical phase of pallet rack projects where our team meets you, discusses your needs and finds the best solution.
Most forklift dealers consider racks an "allied product", which means it's a sideline to the more important work selling and maintaining forklift fleets. Cisco-Eagle's team is focused solely on your warehouse layout, processes, and safety. We're not selling the rack as a sideline--it's a core business.
Secondly, we have more breadth. We integrate rack storage systems with the rest of the operation. That means seeing the operation from a strategic viewpoint: how does the rack system integrate with your shipping and receiving operation? How does it work with the production side? Where does it interface with other storage or product movement systems? We think about and consider these factors in a way forklift dealers mostly cannot.
We're also well-versed with dynamic systems, and that requires racking systems expertise that many forklift dealers or used providers can't match. Some of them rely on manufacturers to provide engineering services, rather than their own personnel. We provide this design and specification service with local personnel in DFW.
You can easily find for other systems integrators who aren't forklift dealers. We bring scale, experience and resources most of those companies cannot match.
The Dallas team designs layouts that blend static and dynamic systems to meet your mix of density, selectivity, and space efficiency. We're focused on finding the right solution for your warehouse, not any particular hardware, brand or type of design.
Yes. Dallas-based specialists are here to help you determine load capacity, beam and upright sizing, and optimal layout to meet safety, storage density and performance requirements.
Yes. That's our core mission. We design and implement rack systems that integrate with automation and related equipment, including rack-supported mezzanines, pick modules, conveyors supported by racking, and reserve storage adjacent to automation. This is critical to large project success.
Projects start with assessing your space, inventory, and throughput, followed by engineered layouts that account for safety, code compliance, and integration with other systems.
Cisco-Eagle does not conduct formal structural safety audits, but we can help identify damaged components and recommend repair or replacement based on the rack's condition, age, design, damage or wear.
Timelines vary by scope, complexity, and location. Moderate projects can be completed in days to weeks. Complex projects may need additional planning and permitting. Once defined, we provide a detailed schedule.
We often manage permitting or advise when it is needed, including sprinkler clearance, flue space, and other code requirements in alignment with applicable building and fire codes.
With proper design, protection, and maintenance, pallet rack systems can provide long service life—often decades. Heavier, tubular designs and correct clearances help maximize durability and lifespan.
Yes, when specified and maintained appropriately. We design and install pallet, cantilever, and stacking racks for outdoor use with weather-resistant finishes and regular inspection.
