Cisco-Eagle’s 2024 ESOP Poster
Carson Miller's poster design celebrates employee ownership
Each October, as part of Employee Ownership Month, we hold a contest to design our annual ESOP poster. Employee-owners submit their ideas, and the winning design is generated, printed and posted in our offices for the coming year. It’s part of our effort to keep employee ownership at the forefront of our culture and remind all our teams, in all locations, that we’re working toward something together.
This group joined Cisco-Eagle earlier this year as part of an acquisition to bring controls engineering in-house. So while Carson has years of service with the company, he’s relatively new to employee ownership. His design provides a particularly clear and concise expression of the concept.
Besides hanging the poster in our offices, we’ll submit the image to national and chapter-wide contests conducted by the ESOP Association.
About our ESOP ownership
Cisco-Eagle has been proudly employee-owned since 2000. Our employees are all shareholders and partners in the business. We make a practice of “exceptional service by employee owners,” and we believe no one provides better service than an owner. Judging by our service ratings, it seems our customers would agree. For more on how our ownership culture influences our ability to serve clients, visit our ESOP page.
