Cisco-Eagle Appoints Board of Directors
New board reflects the growth of our employee-owned company
Cisco-Eagle is proud to announce its expanded Board of Directors.
New board to uphold company vision
Cisco-Eagle’s new board follows unprecedented growth for the company, with an eye toward the future.
“We’ve grown,” said CEO Darein Gandall. “And our business is rapidly changing. Our new board reflects the evolution of our markets, changes in our leadership and helps direct our future. The material handling industry is changing and it’s vital that we direct Cisco-Eagle in ways that adapt to those changes—and the opportunities they bring us. This board is here to ensure long-term value for our shareholders—our employee-owners.
“The people who own this company work here, and our board is here to provide them with a thriving, modern company built to serve customers and empower employee-owners.”
